Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • In person/post – carefully tick the items required on your repeat slip and either hand it in or post it to us. If you want us to post it back to you please include a SAE.
  • Online – Follow the link at the top of this page – new users need to register for the service first.
  • Via Email - Please send your name, address, date of birth (to ensure we have the correct patient) and medication details to Please note that this inbox is only monitored Monday-Friday and we still require 48 working hours notice.


Please note that any new medication prescribed by hospital or private specialists is subject to review by your GP before being issued.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
